"Professional for over 20 years, I started my career as head of the VIP Club at the Intercontinental Hotel in Paris. In charge of creating and designing high-end breakfasts for demanding international customers.
First Barista International Monbana in 2006, until 2017 I become brand ambassador.
I participated in many training courses near Illy and Malongo in Italy, but also with Lavazza, Kimbo and Café Richard in Paris.
Appointed International Juror at the Coffee, Art and Culture Fair in Sydney in 2010 and in Brisbane in Australia in 2011.
Since 2010, I have designed several recipes books for chocolatiers and roasters know worlwide as Monbana.
I created a signature cocktail for the OASIA (Five Stars) hotel in Singapore, followed by many other creations for upscale hotels, bars and restaurants around the world.
Today I continue my partnership with Ste Monbana and offers in parallel my know-how and my expertise to other companies. "
